Data Protection and Legal Ethics in the Entertainment Industry

Rian Kinney, Founder of Kinney Firm, was asked to present a privacy and technology CLE to attorneys in the Florida Bar’s Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section. This webcast will feature key issues regarding attorneys’ professional and ethical responsibilities relating to their clients’ privacy, as well as, resources available to attorneys and law firms to meet their compliance obligations.
